Club Visits
We are happy to arrange visits for clubs and groups. We will open outside of our normal hours and days for pre-arranged club visits, including evenings.

- Cub & Beaver Groups
- Car Owners Club eg Morris Minor, Harley, Pre War Austin 7
- Model Interest Associations eg National Association of Road Transport Modellers
- Service Organisations eg Rotary, Lions, Probus
- Professional Organisations eg IDGTE, IMechE, I Mar EST
- Retired Engineers & Technicians eg Nuclear Electric Retirees Association
- Works visits eg MAN B&W (Mirrlees)
Please complete the visit form and return it to the museum
- a club visit is a minimum of 10 attendees
- for pre-booked and prepaid group visits the museum will open outside normal times and days (including evenings)
- club visit charge for 2008 £4.00 per head
- if over 14 visitors in a coach, the named driver will receive free entry plus hot beverage
- our tea shop can provide a range of soft drinks, tea, coffee & confectionery
- by prior arrangement we can provide a platter of sandwiches or a buffet to suit your requirements. Prices/menus can be provided on request.
- a call from the named contact 2 days in advance of the visit to confirm times/numbers is required
